List of streaming media services

A streaming media service allows users to watch or listen to content like movies, TV shows, music, and podcasts over the internet without downloading files. OTT services deliver content directly, bypassing traditional cable and broadcast platforms. Common examples include Netflix, Spotify, and YouTube. Users can stream via media players, smartphones, or smart TVs, requiring an Internet connection. Unlike downloading, streaming offers instant on-demand access without storing files locally.
