It existed from 1903 to 1913. The <a href="/facts/United_States_Department_of_Commerce/3sch0DLr">United States Department of Commerce</a> is its successor agency, and it also is the predecessor of the <a href="/facts/United_States_Department_of_Labor/VGqS16qJ">United States Department of Labor</a>. </p>
