It is located near <a href="/facts/Naval_base/6Jm7Snpp">naval base</a> <a href="/facts/INS_Jarawa/eYGo0oGa">INS Jarawa</a> on <a href="/facts/Port_Blair/BUAC3oce">Port Blair</a>, the capital city of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. </p><p>It shares airside facilities with <a href="/facts/Veer_Savarkar_International_Airport/GDlhs06F">Veer Savarkar International Airport</a> which handles civilian traffic. </p>
