The college is closely linked to <a href="/facts/%25C3%2589cole_fran%25C3%25A7aise_d%2527Extr%25C3%25AAme-Orient/adHbMgK3">École française d'Extrême-Orient</a> and <a href="/facts/Institut_fran%25C3%25A7ais_du_Proche-Orient/B0KkuTo0">Institut français du Proche-Orient</a>. </p><p>Prominent researchers in military strategy have taught in EPHE in the past such as Hervé Coutau-Bégarie.
