<p>Mas Subramanian, (born 1954), is a <a href="/facts/Solid-state_chemistry/MFpqNGSt">solid-state materials scientist</a> at <a href="/facts/Oregon_State_University/FR0MGWWg">Oregon State University</a> in <a href="/facts/Corvallis%2c_Oregon/fTWVJHDn">Corvallis</a>, Oregon. He is a University Distinguished Professor and the Milton Harris Chair of Materials Science in the university's Department of Chemistry.
