<p>The Instability index is a measure of <a href="/facts/Protein/Jxmagu3E">proteins</a>, used to determine whether it will be stable in a <a href="/facts/Test_tube/oRlq86w5">test tube</a>. </p><p>If the index is less than 40, then it is probably stable in the test tube.
