<p>The High Court of Delhi is the <a href="/facts/High_courts_of_India/RyJV2nYx">high court</a> in <a href="/facts/Delhi/Xa6CKgnf">Delhi</a>, India. It was established on 31 October 1966, through the <i>Delhi High Court Act, 1966.</i> Below it are 11 Subordinate Courts that oversee smaller judicial districts. The court gets its powers from Chapter V in Part VI of the <a href="/facts/Constitution_of_India/u9BCSHYF">Constitution of India</a>. </p>
